Thanks for the suggestions. jEveAssets looks good, since I don't have the manufacturing or PI requirements. I haven't been successful in getting it to run yet, but I'll keep plugging at it. I also use pyfa for fittings.

So... that could have gone more smoothly. Long story short, I've reinstalled both Wine (1.2.3) and EVE, and the problem seems to be solved.
